When are you available for appointments?
I am generally available for appointments Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (ET).

Weekend appointments are available upon request for an additional fee.
What is your turnaround time?
Currently my turnaround time is one to two business days after your scheduled shoot.
Are there any additional fees to your listed Prices?
Nope! The prices you see listed are exactly what you would pay - no hidden fees.
All pricing and any additional fees incurred (such as the fee for a weekend appointment) will be fully disclosed prior to payment.
Can I tailor-make a package that fits my needs?
Absolutely! If you can't find a package or service that works for you, feel free to contact me and I can arrange a custom package for you!
How do I pay for your services?
I accept payment prior to your appointment via cash, check, or Venmo (@Rachel-Greiff)
Please make checks payable to "Rachel E. Greiff". Full payment is due prior to or at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been previously agreed upon.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
You are able to cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time with no penalty. However, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice you will be billed a $75 cancellation fee.

While I do not charge for a rescheduling fee due to weather-related circumstances, it is up to the discretion of the client as to whether or not they would like to reschedule the shoot, or to continue with the current appointment (unless dealing with severe weather conditions).
Do you photograph vacant properties?
While I do not currently offer photography services via Drone, depending on the size of your vacant property I may still be able to take good shots of your land with my camera on foot. Contact me and we can discuss whether my services are right for you and your property.
